The condensing heat exchanger is a 4 pass design having a water drop-shaped drum with double axis dimpled tubes. It is 100% made of 304L stainless steel to resist corrosion from condensation of the flue gases. The efficiency achieved can be as high as 99%.

Microstep combustion monitoring is achieved with a PLC and ECM motor providing precise combustion characteristics. The result is high turndown ratios from 15:1 to 31:1 and thermal efficiencies from 90% to 99% with 0 PPM of CO at full fire.
